Intrusion detection
Motion alarms and window sensors can alert you when an uninvited guest comes into your apartment or rental house. Receive an alert to your phone if an sensor triggers, or arm and disarm your alarms and cameras remotely to let in guests or maintenance when you’re not home.
Fire, flood, and safety detectors
Ordinary smoke detectors should come standard with your rental, but you may not get other safety sensors. Hang a wireless carbon monoxide alarm or flood alarm to alert you and the monitoring experts to catastrophes before it’s too late.
HD security cameras
A security cameras may be wirelessly installed so you can keep an eye on indoor rooms. A doorbell camera allows you view -- and talk to -- whoever is at the front door. See real-time HD feeds and notifications about lurkers through the Vivint App.
24/7 monitoring
One of the benefits of choosing Vivint is the monitoring team that back up triggered alarms. If a component triggers, your monitoring experts quickly contacts you to ensure you’re safe. Then they’ll call the emergency agency.
Automation components
Home automation components, such as smart lights, can be added to make your apartment more energy-efficient. Some components like a replacement smart thermostat or smart door locks may involve prior office approval.
